Operations Manager:
Oversee operations that are too diverse to be classified into one area of management or administration. Responsibilities may include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Make staff schedules, assign work, and ensure projects are completed. In some organizations, the tasks of Executive Officers may overlap with those of Operations Manager’s.
Financial Officer:
Account for a company’s financial reporting. Direct the organization’s financial goals, objectives and budgets. May oversee investments and manage assets. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Information Officer:
Responsible for the overall technological direction of a company, which includes managing information technology and computer systems. Responsible for managing and maintaining databases, information catalogues and web resources. Information officers use their expertise to make sure that the information they manage is safe, secure and easily accessible.
Administrative Officer:
Oversee the activities of various departments, such as human resources and sales. Acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Business Analyst:
Address sustainability issues by overseeing a marketing/sales sustainability strategy. For example, they may manage programs or policies relating to customer issues and ensure the organization’s compliance with related regulations.
