The acting president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has been slated to deliver the keynote address at the maiden summit on financing the creative industry in the country.
According to Leadership, the event which is scheduled to hold next week according to the organizers of the event will also have minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, give the opening address.
The two day summit is scheduled to hold on the 17th and 18th of July in Lagos, according to a statement by Creative Nigeria, the organisers.
It states that the summit is aimed at creating a platform which will provide key information on the essential elements of financing film, television and music production In Nigeria.
The event draws from a deep cross section of speakers from Nigeria and around the world including CEO of Iroko TV, Jason Njoku; Founder and Group MD/CEO of Filmhouse Cinemas and FilmOne and Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Viacom International Media Networks Africa, Alex Okosi amongst others.
