Why not indulge in this cheesy breakfast recipe. Oh those days that we need something hearty and yummy, but also quick to make. This is the perfect cheat day and hangover meal. Don’t fret this also works at any time of the day, no restrictions!
8 pcs sliced bread
6 pcs bacon
6 tbsps butter
4 pcs eggs
8 pcs cheddar cheese slices
4 pinches black pepper
Chop the bacon and fry until almost crispy.
Crack eggs into the skillet/frying pan and sprinkle over salt and black pepper. Cook until done or how you like it.
Butter one side of the bread slices and place them butter side down in a skillet/frying pan. Layer on one cheese slice, then the fried egg, bacon and another cheese slice. Top off with another buttered bread slice. The buttered side should be up.
Cook until the bread is golden-brown on both sides and the cheese has melted.
Serve with glass of orange juice.
