Here is another fruity shake to whip up in a matter of minutes. This is one to make if you are feeling a bit good but still want to indulge in something sweet. It will set you back a few calories but it is well worth the cheat!
Add the milk, ice cream, cinnamon and chopped bananas into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the milkshake into glass cups and top off with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh bananas or banana chips.
