For those who enjoy having a sip of green tea from time to time, this frozen version strikes a cool deal. It is candy and gets you licking something like everyone else without having to worry about weight again. The blueberries made it more refreshing.
You will need to make the tea to your taste and allow to cool. Do not add milk or sugar.
Wash the blueberries and add a few to each cavity of the popsicle mold. Pour the tea into each mold leaving a little space. Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice.
Place sticks in the mold and freeze for about 4 hours or until frozen solid.
Carefully remove the popsicles.
