Spoil yourself in your home with this chicken. Spiced up to perfection and sweet. You should consider having this for the weekend, with a glass of wine. And we would suggest you let it marinate overnight for fullest flavour. Spicy, sweet, and tender.
4 pcs boneless chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pcs garlic
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 pc lemon
1 tsp chilli
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and place a rack in the middle.
Mix the honey, garlic (crushed), oil, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1½ teaspoons of paprika, ¼ teaspoon of chilli and salt in a small bowl.
Place the chicken breast (washed and sliced) in a bowl and add the marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 10 minutes or overnight for fullest flavour.
Heat an ovenproof saucepan over medium heat and fry for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to the oven and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and sticky.
Slice the chicken and serve with chopped parsley.
