You will need to core and chop the apples then set them aside. Peel the kiwis and cut into pieces and set aside.
Make sure that the pineapple is peeled and chopped to fill 1 cup. Also, note that the ginger for this recipe is fresh ginger grated to fill 1 teaspoon.
Steam the apple for about 10 minutes and transfer all the ingredients including the steamed apple into a blender. Blend the mixture for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Serve warm or cold, alternatively store in a freezer for up to 3 months!
