Chop the okra, rodo and onions and set aside. Devein the shrimps and wash and sprinkle with a pinch of salt, then set aside. Also cut and wash the fish.
Pulse the chopped okra in a blender for about 2 minutes
Bring about 1 cups of water to boil over medium heat in a shallow pot. Add the onion, pepper and seasoning cubes and allow to cook for about 4 minutes. Add the shrimps and fish and cook for another 2 minutes then remove from the sauce.
Add the okra to the sauce and more water at this stage if necessary. Stir in the crayfish and cook fro another 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning and add the fish and shrimps, stir gently and cook for about 4 minutes. Stir and remove from heat.
Serve with any swallow of choice.
