Firstly, cut the orange into thin slices and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon on the baking sheet and put 2 slices of orange on top of the salmon. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until completely cooked.
Allow the salmon to cool, then transfer into a blender. Squeeze in the orange juice and add the rosemary and water to the blender. Process the mixture until smooth.
