Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with aluminium foil and coat with nonstick spray.
Beat of butter in a large bowl or stand mixer at medium speed until tender. Slowly add 200 gramms of sugar and beat until fully incorporated.
Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine 2 cups of flour, the baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with milk. Beat at low speed stir in the vanilla essence.
In a small bowl, coat the fruits (chopped) with 2 tablespoons of flour to prevent them from sinking during baking.
Fold half of the fruit into the batter. Pour the batter in the prepared pan and top with the remaining fruit.
To make the topping; mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, 3 tablespoons of flour and remaining butter and white sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the batter.
Bake for about 70-80 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool for about 90 minutes on a wired rack then dust with the icing sugar.
Top with fruits and whipped cream.
