Mix the sugar and cinnamon thoroughly in a cup to make cinnamon sugar. Skip this step if you have cinnamon sugar.
Hull the strawberries and cut in quarters then set aside. Combine the oats and 4 cups of milk in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the strawberries. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until strawberries are cooked as your taste, then remove from heat.
Scoop into 4 bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to your desired taste. Pour over the extra milk and enjoy.
