1 pc paw-paw
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 pc pineapple
1 cup squeezed juice from orange
1 pc banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup coconut water
Cut the skin and remove the seeds from the papaya and pineapple (where applicable). Cut the pineapple and papaya into chunks.
Combine 1/2 of the paw-paw, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup yoghurt, banana, 1/5 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup coconut water, 1 cup crushed ice, honey and 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice in a smoothie blender.
