We are back with another twist on your bubbly and this time it is infused with strawberries! By now you get the gist about Strawberry bellini’s and how a range of fruits can be incorporated into sparkling wine. Add in the flavour(s) your heart desires!
8 pcs strawberry pack
4 tbsps sugar
1 pc sparkling wine
Chop 6 of the strawberries. Add sugar, a little water and the chopped strawberries to a sauce pan and heat on medium. Do this until you achieve a syrup like thick texture.
Blend the puree until smooth and allow to cool. Then put in the fridge for a while.
To serve, pour 3 tablespoons of puree into the champagne flute and top off with chilled sparkling wine (or prosecco).
Garnish each glass with a strawberry.
