1 cup frozen strawberries
1 bunch mint leaves
1 tbsps vanilla essence or extract
4 pcs fresh strawberries
1 pc frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
Combine ½ cup frozen strawberries, ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence, frozen banana, chopped mint leaves to fill 1 tablespoon and ½ cup coconut milk in a blender, until you achieve your desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh strawberry slices and chopped mint. Alternatively, top up with your favourite cereal or granola.
