The Simple Secrets To Glowing Skin

The skin is composed of many layers of cells, and as the outer skin cells (keratinocytes) gradually reach the surface, they mature and eventually die. Everyone has a layer of dead skin cells at the surface.

Certain factors such as aging, poor sleeping habits, dehydration, diet habits, pollution rate, and sun damage can lead to uneven skin tone.

Glowing healthy skin is almost everyone’’s secret dream. However to achieve it, you need to ensure that you take proper care of your skin. Here are some tips that you can follow:

Stay hydrated

Hydrating the body from outside as well as inside with water and juices is important. Cleanse your face twice every day, with cold water as warm water opens the pores which allow bacteria and dirt to enter into them.

Drink 2–3 liters of water every day which will help you reduce wrinkles & dryness on your skin. Drinking water helps your skin eliminate toxins and waste, purify the impurities, remove excess oils and dirt & hydrates the body.

Healthy eating habit

What you eat is as important as the serums and creams you apply on your skin. Fast food, sweets, and candies and food with refined sugar like white bread, cookies, chocolate, sweetened beverages, chips or white potatoes are not good for your waistline but aren’t your skin best friends either.

Filling your diet with power food like , dark chocolate, citrus, fatty fish,Avocados, tomatoes, red wine & green tea will help your skin to be healthy from inside as well as outside.

Exercise

Exercise is not only important for losing weight and staying fit, but also for getting flawless skin naturally. It improves blood circulation and digestion and gives you a healthy glow.

Stimulating your blood flow through being active is the best way to get your perfect skin now. As a bonus, you will get more energy and your dream body, increase your productivity and improve your sleep.

Stop smoking

In addition to being bad for your overall skin, smoking can have a negative impact on your skin health.

Smoking chronically deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients that can lead to poor skin tone, wrinkles, sagging skin, age spots, line around the lips and greater risk of developing psoriasis.

Try organic products

Using too many products, the ones with harsh chemicals or over-exfoliate your skin can lead to increased microscopic inflammation that can swell the surface of the skin, clogging pores and increasing blemishes and redness. We’re all in a hurry to see results, but skin products with high concentration of harmful chemicals  are not the solution.

Natural or organic skin products aren’t made up of harmful chemicals that could affect or inhibit the natural oils produced by the skin or damage epidermis, the outer layer of the skin. They help to rejuvenate your skin and body.

Wear SPF

With how hot the sun can be in this part of the world, you need to use a skin product with SPF in it. UVA rays are constantly present, no matter the season or the weather and these are the ones that cause the skin to age because they are able to penetrate much deeper into the surface of the skin, damaging the cells beneath.

Remove your makeup before bed

Makeup enhances radiance and attractiveness of skin and provide a gorgeous and appealing look during parties and events. But leaving makeup and dirt on skin doesn’t just clog pores; it can cause excessive dryness and even skin dandruff.

Before bedtime, it’s best to wash your face to remove makeup, excess oil and dead cells that could weaken your skin. Cleansing your face in the morning is also beneficial.

Get good sleep

Sleep is one of the beauty secrets to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and getting flawless and glowing skin naturally. An average adult needs atleast 7–8 hours of sleep which will also help in reducing stress.
